Community Information
Pineland is a truly unique community on Pine Island. It offers gourmet dining, one of the Islands best marina’s, our only golf course, and an active archaeological site. Pineland was once the capital of the Calusa Indians nation, and is steeped in history.
Take a tour of the Randell Research Center and step back in time. After your tour, walk across the street and enjoy a gourmet meal at the beautiful Tarpon Lodge. This is by far the most beautiful spot on the island to sip a cocktail and watch the sunset.
Directions
Follow state road 78 west to Pine Island. Turn north onto county rd 767 (Stringfellow) and just drive north, turn left onto Pineland Rd and just follow the twists and turns as you come into this unique community.
