Kelly always displayed a friendly demeanor in dealing with us. Very thorough with questions to be answered.

Captain's Harbor proved to be a unique, inviting community. We were embraced with invitations to events, pleasant conversations at the pool, and everyone waving at us as soon as we arrived. We were never made to feel as newcomers. We can't wait to return and connect with many of the lovely people we met. The president of the association paid us a visit upon our departure.....we were very touched.

Perfect house if you want peace and quiet. No traffic to interrupt your sleep.

I had a great stay, the place was clean and the instructions were clear.

I would tell anyone because thats how great of a time I had. I usually go to Miami to celebrate my birthday but with the great migration to Florida the city has become a lot more crowded and I wanted a laid back vibe this time around. I randomly picked a home on the west coast of Florida on a whim and it worked out beautifully because I found this gem.

Questions were answered quickly, directions were clearly given

The House was amazing, very clean and updated. We had everything we needed.

Members of the team were in contact several days before, during and after our stay making sure we had all the information we needed for check-in, departure, and general information.

Property had plenty of activities for the kids from the pool, board games, bicycles available on site, and boating access. Restaurant within walking distance. Home is very clean. We will be visiting this property again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

The Team kept in touch, always leaving instruction, and in case of emergency numbers. They provided an extra level of comfort knowing that they were just a telephone call away.

I love Pine Island. My husband and I visit it yearly and finding this little gem on Lemon Street was quite a pleasant surprise!
